HOW WE CAN HELP

We deal with elder financial abuse cases including reviewing attorneys’ decisions, removal applications, and appointment of independent property managers. We also deal with estates where an executor has a conflict of interest or is not acting in the best interest of the beneficiaries and seek their removal and appointment of an independent administrator.

We also handle complex disputes concerning testamentary incapacity, interpretation and validation of wills, breach of executor’s duties and undue influence. This includes Family Court and High Court litigation.
