What’s in a will?

A will is one of the most important documents you will make. A will states what will happen to your property and how loved ones are looked after when you die.

Making a will can be straightforward. But there are factors which can legally affect the freedom of a will-maker, including:

  • Relationship property

  • Claims by close relatives

  • Any promises you may have made to make provision in your will in return for services.

It’s important to understand the effect of the law to ensure things happen the way you want them to. We can help you to prepare a will that clearly and accurately records your wishes and provide you with sound advice to ensure your wishes are followed through when the time comes to execute your will.
